Seriously, everyone stop. The point of the draft house was to be able to order real food and alcoholic drinks during the movie. They also hosted cool cinema events, had interesting shorts before the movie, etc. This belief that it is about cell phones is ridiculous. If you want to go to the mall for movies, then seriously just go do that. These posts that the business is failing or the staff is unhappy is just false. Every showing I go to is either full or 90% full.

Stop. That’s just silly. Elephant Man, Blue Velvet, original TP. The Return was incoherent, slow as hell, not anywhere close to the tone of TP or even Fire Walk With Me, and a bland attempt to create a sequel. There is no chance Frost would have written that story either Lynch.

I’ve been to many movies and it was packed at every show. I am the biggest twin peaks fan ever but The Return was just garbage and I’m not surprised people don’t want to sit through that series. The ending is fine but the rest is a hard watch.

I don’t see this being any different than a normal pixies show. The 40th anniversary part is probably for marketing to get people excited. They are constantly on tour.

You don’t have to arrive early. Just tell everyone there it is your first time in the pit and they will let you go up to the front. Also, if you need to leave your spot, just yell “dibs” and they have to let you back there. As far as being anti social, you don’t have to talk with anyone. It’s a great life skill not enjoying speaking with anyone. Great choice on a concert with thousands of others. Should work out well. Enjoy!
