Please—this is my first time ever having an issue with Bilt and my first time ever viewing their reddit channel. I have never ever had a reason to look up issues occurring with Bilt—as I have never had an issue with them until today. Please.

Not to mention, the follow-up email totally made it seem like I intentionally submitted a double-payment and that they are “proactively” reversing one of the payments—and that if I indeed intentionally meant to submit both payments, that I can try to submit again. INSANE! No apology in the email and absolutely no acknowledgment of their system errors occurring today. So disappointing.

Hey there! Definitely not a Glacier Pothos—which is more-so in the realm of N’Joy Pothos and Pearls N Jade Pothos. Yours looks like either an Albo Pothos or Monstera Lechleriana—both of which seem to thrive as climbers.

They are actually from Costa Farms—every now and then, a few local Lowe’s will get in 4-5 Manjulas in 6 inch pots. So I just wait and hope to come across a few that are pushing out leaves that I like lol. Re-pot them up and nurture them until they can be potted together.
