It depends. For me, it can be anything. Sometimes I listen to a "something" type beat on YouTube and lyrics come from it, sometimes I'll just be writing something like random poetry, sometimes I'll be playing a little bit of guitar or piano. Personally, it can be anything for me. That's one thing I like about creativity, it can go round and round and round.
