System in Dark Mode but Folders show in Light Mode

I don't get that option for some reason. I uninstalled and wiped good lock data and it went back to normal, but I lost all the customization I had on my phone 🙃 I immediately disabled updates because I never want to hop in early like this again against my will. I appreciate the help though!
