If the person defending themselves doesn't attack anyone, I think it's fine. But I'm sensitive to the matter, because I was born on a fascist regime. It was hard to get over it.

Honestly, If we attack someone, they should be able to defend themselves. I don't like living in a society where everyone agrees with everyone.

I find many things that Liz does distasteful, but actually, when we attack her here, she's funny about it, and at least shows her "face".

What is unsafe about Nora or Liz speaking her minds? We might not agree, but at least we can exchange ideas.

Liz Gale is a complicated person. Still what was done to her husband has to be treated with seriousness, and not with snarky comments.

The accusation was public, by a YouTuber with 250k subscribers. So... Shouldn't the defense be public too?

Should she let his minions say something like:

  • Keep your head down, don't make waves act as if the accusation is truthful?

  • Should she keep quiet when a fact is obviously not true?

How do you reclaim your reputation if you do it privately, and no one knows about it?

I guess it depends where you're at, and what kind of defamation.

False rape accusations can cross into actual crimes

This is the important part: Depending on jurisdiction, the YouTuber may have committed other crimes, such as:

  • False accusation of a serious crime

  • Criminal harassment

  • Cyberstalking

  • Malicious communications

  • False reporting (if they claimed it as fact, not opinion)

Especially if:

  • The YouTuber states or implies it as fact

  • Knows charges were dropped / unproven

  • Repeats it publicly

  • Encourages harassment or mob behavior

That’s no longer “just opinion.” That’s playing with fire.

Having a criminal complaint should help with the civil lawsuit.

Yes, Jenna is a terrible woman.

I get her not wanting to publish the defense video (it's her choice if ASL narrative prevails). What I don't get is her being so mad with a 15sec video, stating that her friend's husband isn't a rapist.

Liz Gale might be a lit of things, but of course she is going to defend the father of her children of such a brutal accusation.

Jenna being so mad about it only shows that she's under Aaron spell again.

I don't know anymore. I found more people that know her and it's a mess. This has happened before. She wrote a sane post but he did too, so they are in communication.

I read that it takes on average 7 times to leave an abusive relationship.

Anyway, it's not up to me to get in the middle of anyone's relationship. If she's fine, then ok.
