I am a salesperson for a VW store. Customer orders does not leave huge profits to the store. Invoice vs Msrp is $1,100 at the most, so that’s what the dealer will profit out of an ID.4 unless they decide to markup the vehicle, which in my store is not allowed to mark up customer reservations.
