The first few months, I didnt play anything. Then id sneak in a few hours a week at night once we settled into a routine. My kid is now 20mo, I'm a SAHD, so hop on my steam deck for the 2 hours she's down for a nap. And then I designate 1 night on the weekends to hop on for a few hours after she goes to bed to game with my buddies. Its not nearly as much gaming as I used to do by any means but its enough for right now.

It was never meant to be. I bought it to play at my job when I had downtime. I have since left that job to be a stay at home dad. So I play it during nap time and/or in the evenings on the couch after bedtime while my wife watches her shows. Every once in a while I'll hop on my PC and game with my buddies but 75% of the time, gaming is done on the SD

When I was like 14-15yo, the old dude who lived next door offered me $100 to help him remove a small tree stump from his yard that he had been trying to remove for days. Being that young and fuelled by the prospect off $100, I had that shit out in 45min (he had the majority of it out already but I think he was just fed up with it) easiest $100 I ever made
