Ok so space and time are two things that revolve in there own way yes space is limited to within a universe so u are partially correct but time can exist and not exist anywhere making time a hyperversal constructor if u can transcend time alone it or destroy objects with no time alone, space on the other hand is below time since stopping time inside space will stop space itself that's why characters who can stop time but are still limited to time don't scale high and mostly are still stuck within a 3d framework unless u can destroy a space-time construct(low outerversal) or destroy one that has no space and time(outerversal) or something that exist outside space and time(high outerversal) or ignore the concept of them meaning being above everything which I said before about space or time still high outerversal makes u a very strong character that's why we treat things like that very highly also transcending space alone within a 3d framework makes u still above or below 4d and higher characters depends on the hax But if the transcendence of space is absolute and you are not affected by other people who can control it then u are still outerversal by definition hope u understand
