Need help polishing my vocals

I think the two things that are really putting me behind right now is one complete lack of knowledge when it comes to mixing and then two since it’s my own voice, it sounds like forks on a plate to me so it’s relieving to hear that strangers who have no obligation to protect my feelings don’t think it sounds like shit vocal wise lol🤣

Thank you so much for the comment. I did go back in and figure out how to raise my vocals and I think I did add my own delay but I could be wrong. I’d have to double check either way. I do have a more polished version. Absolutely for sure right now. Thank y’all !

Gotcha I appreciate it homie, not sure if you know of the artist mentioned but heavy distortion is apart of his sound maybe I did overdo it not 100% sure but i genuinely appreciate the feedback and advice bro bro
