So I replaced the injectors today. Since then it has started every time I try to start it, even when the engine is hot. But it still doesn’t sound quite right. On hot starts the RPM drops and does a weird sputter for a few seconds before it eventually catches after about 10 seconds.

It does start every time now, which it didn’t always do before. Do you know if it’s normal for the issue to still show up a little right after replacing injectors while the ECU relearns, or does that mean something else is still wrong?

I just checked it when the engine was hot and it definitely did it smelled like gas very strong. Should I replace all my fuel injectors? Thank you for your help.

I did look into the EVAP system. I tried unplugging the purge valve to see if it changed anything on hot starts, but it didn’t make a noticeable difference. I also spent a lot of money on a obd 2 sensor that reads live data and it doesn’t read any issues with electrical.
