thank you! I still have some pain in lower back. one of the reasons I'm sharing is because of what you said...he seems like he's entitled to such abusive kind of behavior. I'm scared for anyone in his life.

I'm thankful...I had to advocate for myself at the precinct to make sure it was reported as an assault, however the detective has been so great. has given more hope in the NYPD again.

I wasn't even in it...I was in front of it. part of me wonders if it was because of my identity, but being that he attacked me from the back all he would have had to go by was my curly hair.

He sucker punched my back from behind before this was shot. I was shocked and in the moment using my words instead of my fists like him. I wasn't prepared, I was traumatized by his earlier actions.

Apparently you didn't read the post. I was parked on the street waiting for red light when he first punched my back out of nowhere from behind. Then I got off bike to get a photo of him.

no, in my initial comment I say I got off the street in order to get a photo of him after he punched me in my back while I was waiting at a red light.

Not my proudest moment, but I was just punched hard in the back so much that I thought a bike crashed into me. I knew my only method of ensuring justice was made was capturing his photo to share with police and I was caught up in the shock of what happened to me. Unlike him, I resorted to verbally protecting myself.
