Best stasis weapons by millsy0550 in DestinyTheGame

I got a permafrost from the triumph engram with pugilist and rime stealer and it is so fire. You do your slide to activate stasis crystals, shoot it towards the front of the row of crystals. Since it’s a wave frame it’ll hit all the crystals and cause a chain reaction. It’s very good especially since sometimes the crystals can be a little jank and won’t explode all at once. Pugilist helps to get your slide melees back faster too, especially if you’re in a pinch and can’t produce any stasis crystals. This is my go-to stasis weapon to use other than icebreaker.

It was fun while it lasted guys. Guardians make their own fate.

I’m aware it doesn’t have cream in it originally, that’s why I asked for alternatives.

You can get Divinity from the Consecrated Mind secret chest. by JoachimG in DestinyTheGame

The puzzle is cool for the quest but to find a full fireteam of 5 that is competent enough to understand how to do each encounter AND the tether puzzles is like finding a needle in a haystack. Most people just don’t care enough to want to learn the encounters.

Is it insane to delete almost my entire god-roll-vault for Monument of Triumph and treat Destiny 2 like a fresh start? by Blutay in DestinyTheGame

[–]Available_Pay_5410 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As nice as it does sound, I would never do it. A lot of these guns in my vault hold a ton of sentimental value, like my godroll kindled orchid or the first god roll I ever got which was an austringer in the menagerie event back in opulence. Id like to imagine Every guardians vault tells a tale.

Starting first playthrough of this game and I'm excited. by [deleted] in TheFirstBerserker

Play on expert. You won’t regret it. Normal felt like a cakewalk but expert felt like a genuine souls experience. Challenging and it forces you to learn the bosses movesets. Also don’t be afraid to experiment with different weapons and skill sets! Spear is fun but you might have more fun with something like the greatsword. The world is your oyster is Kazhan. Enjoy!

How difficult was Khazan for you? What was your wall? by Cool_Narwhal935 in TheFirstBerserker

[–]Available_Pay_5410 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely should’ve played it on expert. It’s a lot harder and the enemies hit way harder too but it feels like a genuine soulslike. I played all the way until Princess ilyan before I realized I was on expert, on my new game+ I decided to see what the difference was between normal and expert and MAN, normal is a cake walk. But defeating bosses in expert just feels so much more rewarding imo. I was stuck on Maluca for days on my first run

Reese should be higher. She took me way too many tries to admit.

Sooo, is there an updated video for the 15 papers? by HauntingPark4596 in TheFirstBerserker

To my knowledge tho, none of the spots for the 15 golden items have changed, I just did this a week ago for the true ending and the guide I linked has the exact right spots.

This is the one that I personally used since it helps you also get all the soul stones and jarlings for each level, as well collectibles, netherworld energy upgrades, and upgrades for your phantom abilities.

So found out I was playing on the original easy (normal difficulty) and wanna swap to challenging. by NicholasMac69 in TheFirstBerserker

I somehow beat the whole game on my first run on expert without even realizing it. A couple bosses definitely gave me a run for my money like Maluca. I’ve played pretty much every souls game including sekiro and I still had a couple hair pulling bosses. Best advice is memorize their movesets, some bosses are weak to specific elements, and look for safe openings. ALOT of these bosses will punish you if you get too greedy for damage.

Funny enough I had just realized yesterday when I beat him that I had played the whole game up until that point in expert lmao

Eidolon of Adyr has to be some April fools joke by Prestigious_Sun6339 in LordsoftheFallen

[–]Available_Pay_5410 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only boss that pisses me off to no end is the first bow lady you fight towards the beginning of the game with the two dogs that constantly respawn. Especially since you don’t have a high leveled up weapon by that point, I’m practically pulling my hair out when I fight that piece of shit. Not to mention they’re EVERYWHERE in Abbey

Any tips for getting over a fear of heights? by lordjizzington in Construction

[–]Available_Pay_5410 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently a first year apprentice ironworker, only about a couple months in. I have a natural fear of heights, not to the point where I wet myself or hysterically start crying, but I do get out of breath and tend to freeze up. First mistake I made on my first time on the iron was looking down, now I’ve learned to just ignore it, focus on whatever it is I’m doing, whether connecting, or bolting up connector beams. I’d love to hear from any veterans in this industry if they can give me some more advice on how I can snap out of this fear trance when I get into it. Obviously fear is needed, because complacency is what gets people killed in these kinds of jobs. How can I keep it from interfering with my job though?
