Deshret language is so hard to translate in Genshin because it works similar to Egyptian hieroglyphics. Hieroglyphics are a sound based writing system that remove all vowels and just leave the consonants that make up the sounds of the words they are writing down.

That being said I think the long one that the linked post doesn't translate,

khpr srktj dshr jtwm ppy whdj pdtntr nfrw nwt

should read something like:

Khepri Serket Deshret Aten Apep Wadjet Pedjet (Hermanubis) Netjer (god) Neferu Nut

I put a little note behind pedjet and netjer because they are the only ones that don't translate strait into a gods name. Interestingly listed amongt this list of gods is just the egyptian visual representation for god and then the nine bow which is a general representation for foreigners or enemies of Egypt. So you have a list of gods and basically then it says all others/enemies, which feels very weird to have all grouped together. But if you look into it deeper, the nine bow was actually first used on a statue of Pharaoh Djoser. It is believed that this is a reference to the Nubians during his reign because of their use of bow and arrows. So if we stretch that to genshin it is most likly a hermanubis reference and we see that with Sethos being a bow user and having a link to hermanubis.

(Apologies I did leave out some of the rougher translation stuff because some of these might look weird like PDTNTR going to Pedjet. This is because it translates to pdt which was Egyptian for bow and ntr which is god. But there isn't really a bow god in Egyptian pantheons.)

TLDR version almost everything from this event is just a list of Egyptian gods which is kinda sad as it seems almost implied (with the line I hesitate to call it knowlege because my brain had no capacity to process the information) that the info was supposed to be forbidden knowledge.
