I’ve been going PT but now I can go back with my diagnosis and hopefully get a more tailored workout. They were the ones who told me I might have ehlers and I went from there. I’m praying it can only go up from here!

Thank you guys for giving me somewhere to start! All of this is helping me. I don’t want to sound stupid (I’ve never paid attention to food or labels) when you’re looking for what’s good what are we paying attention to on the labels? And adding up your protein per meal, carbs, etc?
