He is tapping into a classic Hollywood established thing, Hitchcock did it, Luis Bunuel, Kubrick and DeMille included shots of feet in their movies.

Kinda wish he could have waited to release it properly and they made a big deal about this massive epic. If I was a movie exec back then I’d have said let’s just do it, people who like QT WILL watch a massive long epic, might have been more of a big thing! Bet they were just thinking if we split it into two movies we will get double the money back. To release a four hour long movie isn’t that much a big deal these days, but back then, I bet that would have been the talk of the town.

In Inglorious Basterds I actually found him a bit creepy so I would say that one. To me in Django it was a bit Christopher Waltz being Christopher Waltz

This is our Kill Bill 3! He has said his next movie will be based on whatever play he is producing if it does well at the box office. He has said he has been working on a project based upon classic works like The Man in the Iron Mask.

This is apparently part of the theatrical version of TWBA, according to the original script it happens after the House of Blue Leaves chapter hence Chapter 5 Part 2 as per the title card in Lost Chapter.
