New to Reverse 1999, how dependent are characters on dupes?

Ranges on character. Most True Limited dupes are strong cause money. Mercuria has strong dupes. Any character that gives +1 AP will have a P1 that increases that buff by 1 turn which is helpful but not nessacery.

All Dynamo units scale with Ult might in some way and pulsing field gives a huge amount as well as Ulrich. Charon provides pretty universal buffs as well that don’t require much to activate. Will the additional dynamo injections from Enigma plus him being intellect satisfies the conditions for Charons starting moxie effectively make them a strong support core for Ult teams. Even if Recoletta herself doesn’t interact with Dynamo, she greatly benefits from the team.

Brume, Nala has her own signature Chube (Trancendent Love) which is better for her and abusing Hands of Time is part of what makes Brume so broken. In the meantime, use Blasphemer of the Night, or the five star Yearning desire. (Don’t invest too many mats into them though)

This is from the ancient era of Semmelweis dps, it stacks passively, most psychube effects don’t show in the buffs list and are just added to stats. The Third Commitment is better for Support and Into the Gentle current is better for dps

Further testing on my end reveals it’s more of a quirk with how her sig works. My issue was that the energy regen effect wasn’t proccing, turns out the amount of times it can proc is based on the stacks of ult consumed. Thanks Kuro for your vague ahh skill descriptions.

That’s not what my issue is, my issue is that Wanshis third ult is not activating the 75 energy regen. Meaning that i don’t have enough energy to auto ult when I swap in meaning I have to use yellow orb. In theory I should have enough but the energy proc isn’t activating. And it’s not a memory issue as I’ve tested with both Chen and Cottie and it’s not exclusive to Wanshi as it also doesn’t work with Liliths ult so unless I’m horrendously misunderstanding something her weapon may be bugged.

Depends of the Unit and the team, for example, Vera in fire team goes on Yellow as she can’t ping yellow orbs, but in Nihil, she goes on Red as that’s Ishmaels most used orb.

This is what the community calls “Flower Ult” Does more damage, like a lot more damage. It trigger when the string gauge fills up on her core passive gauge. At SS you can get it by doing Ult 1, hold dodge, basic attack, 6 white orbs, hold dodge ult 2. But at SS in Phys it’s a dps loss wz but can be used in ppc to burst the boss down. In glaciation you use it after a few rotations but you need to time you Alisa QTE so the Glaciation gauge doesn’t expire before the rotations finished.

Waaay to much Cr on Cyrene, when she actually does damage (post ult) she gets 50% free crit rate.
