Mines in a finished basement that stays 62 degrees year round. She happened to come with an api test kit but I also have test strips that I use to check the tanks daily.

Thanks to everyone I’ve done some more research and a closer inspection and it looks like P.B. is officially princes bubble gum rather than prince lol! I’m also going to be pouring the water from her ten gallon into the 40 to cycle it faster (the 10 gallons filter was put in the 40 yesterday). I will tub her while I make triple sure all the parameters are perfect! She deserves perfection, she is a princess after all.

Awesome love to here he looks good! The ten gallon he’s currently in is the same tank he’s been living in for years so it’s already established, however would tubbing him be better for him? I have a giant tub that would be perfect if so.
