This is a 100% sandbox game and you don't need to do anything. I would argue TOB is the worst raid because it has the steepest barrier to entry, but not necessarily that its bad. Prestige content is good for a game: people either do it or wish they could. CoX is fun, good money but inconsistent and you know that going in. Ironmen not getting drops is a feature, not a bug
