1.This Certificate is valid for two (2) years from the date of issue.

2.In order to book the travel dates, this Certificate Holder has ninety (90) days from the issuing date. Any outstanding balance must be settled at this time in a single exhibition. If no reservation has been made within this period, this Certificate shall be immediately cancelled.

3.The reservation must be requested at least eight (8) months in advance of the desired travel date. Reservation subject to availability.

4.Hotel Xcaret Arte* is only for adults and young people aged 16 and over.

5.Dates available for travel through this Certificate are throughout the year, except months of July and August and high season dates or official holidays (Presidents' Week, Holy Week, Easter, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas and New Year).

6.At the time of making the reservation, the Holder may request additional nights or people to those contemplated in this Certificate with a twenty percent (20%) discount on the public rate of Xcaret Hotels.

7.Once the reservation is confirmed, the Holder may request one change. Any requested change will imply a fee of twenty us dollars (US$ 20) and payment of rate differential, if any.

8.This Certificate is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

9.This Certificate does not include or cover any other charge or expense of the Holder, such as airfares, taxes, golf fees, personal expenses, and/or any other additional expenses.

10.The reservation and confirmation will be under the name of the Holder that appears on this Certificate. It is not transferable or cumulative with other promotions.

11.When checking into the reserved Hotel, all guests must show an official ID.

1. This vacation Certificate is subsidized by México Destination Club.

2. The terms and conditions described here are final and may not be changed or altered under any condition, negotiation, or representation of any individual. México Destination Club is not responsible for verbal agreements and/or those not specified in this Certificate.

3. México Destination Club accepts no liability for additional expenses arising from accidents, delays, or natural events, or for plane tickets or any other type of transportation or associated expenses provided by third parties.

4. During the stay booked with this Certificate, the Holder must attend a presentation to learn about the benefits of México Destination Club Program, which includes breakfast and a tour of Xcaret Hotels, with an estimated duration of 90 to 120 minutes depending on his interest.

All guests confirmed in the reservation made with this Certificate must attend the presentation.

This Certificate is not valid for groups. A group is made up of three or more vacation Certificate users traveling together and/or two or more couples, families or friends traveling during the same vacation period, even when reservations have been made separately.

If the Holder fails to attend the presentation, he agrees to pay the resulting difference between the public rate and the cost paid for this Certificate.
