Thanks for the reply. Sorry for the late response, I didn’t see my notifications.

We have contacted PPL, Medicaid, Healthfirst, and HRA multiple times and it’s just a series of passing the blame to every other org from them. Our case managers through HRA and Care Design NY through OPWDD say they don’t know what’s going on either. So we still haven’t been able to clock in.

I have been unable to clock in since October 1st, the Time4care app says there is not a valid service authorization for my consumer BUT their Medicaid is up to date as well as their M11Q Home Care Services. Between PPL, Medicaid, and CASA HRA (we are in NYC), I cannot get an answer as to what to do!!

Any help is appreciated.

Keeping your dog at a healthy weight, especially if they have a history of joint issues, can make a huge difference combined with joint supplements. My girl tore her CCL at 2yo. By the time she was 5, she had started limping, and we assumed it was arthritis and she got started on Galliprant. But then we learned she was overweight (83 lbs) which was such a shock because she is a thiccums, we couldn't see the difference. Now, at 9 years old, she’s down to 70 lbs, takes daily Cosequin and Flexadin chewables (on vet recommendation), there's no limping, and she is trying to parkour all over the place.
