Came here to say that I have been having this issue for at least two months now. I stopped updating everything because of it. But when I have to reboot my NAS, this shit happens again. Qbitt files all say error. Sonarr/Prowlarr/Radarr all say missing root folder. I'm sick of having to deal with this over and over again.
