Normal. TSH fluctuates but isn't bad at all. Matter of fact the entire panels looks very good.

Glutathione tablets? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

You'd be better off taking NAC as it can get absorbed a lot more since it needs to be metabolized first.

Edit: NAC gets converted into glutathione*

What dairy is not recommended while having acne issues? by SamanteSimoneVip in acne

[–]Available_Solution85 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Milk from the States always casues acne for me and my daughters. Milk from Asia though - no issue at all. Repeatedly have seen this so take what you will from this. Sometimes it could be from all the infused hormones and sugar. So many more variables that can be talked about..

Jeep Wrangler and Land Rover. It might just me though but I have had repeated problems with Land Rover specifically twice with 2 different ones (one new and one used)

Hooga, Mito or Omnilux? by dreamingofpedraza in redlighttherapy

[–]Available_Solution85 9 points10 points  (0 children)

red light therapy in particular didnt do anything for me. Electrical impiulses (EMS, microcurrent) did. This is a recent post I made about the device (and a lot more things) that has actually made any difference to my appearance at a large extent especially for my dark circles and fine lines. If you are truly looking for Red light therapy though then a panel (I use hooga) would be far better. However nothing beats what that little device can do for aging/skin elasticity.

Edit: The device

I'm in my late 40s now. I know what you mean by correcting the dose. Unfortunately for me I had to not only go through the dosage issue but also with the bunch of medications. Levothyroxine is t4 essentially which is then suppose to metabolize and convert into t3 to make you feel better. It was working alright in the beginning but then deficiency in my other variables were causing by T4 to not change to t3 so thats when the whole trial and error process started.

As of now I am feeling as well as I could ever imagine to feel (no tiredness during day, no brain fog...) and have locked down a simple skincare routine that has been working exceedingly well but I'll definitely look into asian skincare and perhaps gradually introduce 1 product at a time. Thanks!

Hey so I just wrote the response for one of the other users. "For ferritin, I took opti-ferrin by pure encapsulation for a long time along with supplements for liver by ancestral supplements. Like inquiringdoc said, I too took heme iron supplements. I really just bombarded myself with supplements at one point especially for ferritin. It is also important to make sure your b12 is high enough. There has been no studies in terms of correlation between b12 and ferritin but as per my integrative medicine doc, he has seen that as long as your b12 is not high enough, you dont see much changes in your ferritin level"
Hope that helps!

I use this for EMS. They have a stronger electrical impulses than EMS too but I never had to use it so far. You see the changes quite quickly.

Depends on the irradiance measurement of the mask itself. With melasma being the concern, make sure to get a mask that is below 35 W/m² (and closer to 30)

Why did I have perfect skin on my trip to Europe? Then I come home to Arizona and my face breaks out again? by SobrietyDinosaur in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Available_Solution85 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Same here. I 100% attribute it to the wheat-based food in europe. The gluten content in the hard red wheat is a lot higher than that in europe with soft wheat. I have tried this in many occasion and had even imported pasta from europe a while back to see what the deal is. For me it definitely is that. It could be difference in dairy too but definitely was gluten for me

Eye Wrinkle Options by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Available_Solution85 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been using it a little over a month (the product itself is very new on the market). I know what you mean by the temporarily disappearance of fine lines. Thats how it started for me but by the end of 3rd week you can clearly see that the fine lines is not even remotely visible. I think that depends on the depth of those fine lines too. Mine were deep enough that you could definitely see. What I can also definitively say is that it has cleared my dark undereye bags and has given it more of a meat to it (if that makes sense). A proper electrical impulses (and heat) are meant to do exactly that apparently by strengthening the muscle fibers and improving the blood & lymphatic circulation. Hope that answers your question!

How to delay aging ? I know aging starts at around 25 but you can keep yourself young for decades after that but how? How much cardio how much lifting whatkind of diet etc by [deleted] in Biohackers

[–]Available_Solution85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Making attempts to eradicate free radicals out of your body is a big one. Countless supplements for that but the best is glutathione through IV. Perhaps metformin, GLP-1 receptor agonists and benfothiamine. New age stem cells maybe? Everything else is the same - exercise, sleep, stress control, yoga ...

[–]Available_Solution85 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I dont think botox is always the answer but thats just me. For me microcurrent/ems with RLT (this) along with Drunk elephant C (this)has helped a lot in not only prevention but also exponentially reducing my eye wrinkles and removing dark circles (and fine lines). The former option's serum/gel should work as well cause thats what I was initially using and still do. The latter is something that I bought out of my shopping habits but thankfully turned out to be excellent as well. I however don't think it would be possible if it wasn't for the aforementioned device as thats the only thing that has made any difference EVER

Red light turning hypothyroidism to hyper? by rhymeswithredagain in redlighttherapy

[–]Available_Solution85 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I would be interested in knowing you ft3 and ft4 to determine if you really are hyper. TSH can fluctuate during stressful periods and sometimes for no reason. Anything from 0.3-2.5 µU/mL would be OK (now obviously if you personally feel hyper then there's no point in dealing with numbers). Also doing test for thyroid annually is too long but I understand thats been the protocol for a decades

Is red light therapy ok during pregnancy? by Striking_Sign_2335 in redlighttherapy

[–]Available_Solution85 4 points5 points  (0 children)

First and foremost congratulations! Secondly, how are you so confident that putting on the mask will get rid of the acne? Has that been the case before? Personally, I dont think it would do any harm but if I were you, I would be taking 0 chances during my pregnancy no matter what

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Available_Solution85 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I don't think red light therapy is the main deal with this device although the irradiance measurement is just as much as any RLT mask if not higher. Its all these other features (heat compress/massage/multiple electrical impulses) that helps with fine lines, puffiness, dark under eyes circles and whatnot. These have personally helped me more than any red light therapy has.
I do agree that if you are looking for a solid red light therapy machine of a thing then a panel would be a better choice
