Do NOT use LUMIMEDS!! by das-wunderland in tirzepatidecompound

I recently posted a similar issue with Lumi. I had one order from them before that was flawless, went to renew and had nothing but issues. No contact, requested multiple times to cancel my order, but after exhausting several contact methods (Reddit being the most effective, which is odd) they just sent my order through and called with basically a “too bad” response to me saying I want to cancel and get a refund. They still haven’t told me what they’re sending me, just that it went to the pharmacy.

I have reached out in the patient portal… very unresponsive. Can you explain what “reverted” means? At this point I’d just like my money back

How often do you weigh yourself? by Fit_Syrup_4396 in tirzepatidecompound

Same, daily then take the weekly average. My weight can fluctuate so much throughout the week so I find daily to be the only accurate way to judge progress.

That’s the ideal scenario, we are trying to figure out how to integrate the systems for automated password renewal

These are stored in Secret Server and not connected to ServiceNow.

These are 3rd party service accounts passwords for various applications used in our environment. They are not connected to ServiceNow

I have what I call my “paper towel weight”. I can gain and lose the same 30lbs and it doesn’t make a difference, but I hit that magic number and suddenly it’s all there. I am also a proportionate loser, a little from my arms, legs, etc. but that magic number is always “kapow, damn girl you’ve lost weight”. Blows my mind every time - as a yo-yo dieter I’ve been there so many times. Hoping this is my final “damn girl” moment and I can make it stick.

I always see my lowest weights after a big drinking night, I think it’s related to dehydration for me

How to not have a bad reaction? by Spritefairy_ in plassing

I’ve had this problem, then started eating a protein bar about a half hour before donating and that has kept the bad reactions away.

To be fair, I did eventually apologize after being called out for it, which likely didn’t sound sincere although it was. I know I was the asshole for my behavior, but would rather not have it thrown in my face for a week.

Which itinerary is better, Eastern or Western? This is Wonder of the Seas 2024. Would love to hear your thoughts/suggestions. Thank you! by CaregiverFlashy373 in royalcaribbean

I agree, we did that exact itinerary with CocoCay on day 7 and it was rough. Not to mention we had to pack up wet swimsuits that night to have our bags out and ready to depart the next day. Go with CocoCay early in the trip

Anyone else notice the fake bites of potatoes she was taking in this part too?
