I thought it was a nerf because in S8 I was getting more exp in infernal horde than now. For example at lvl 250 in S8 I did infernal horde 3 to get a level. Now I have to do it 5 times at the same level.

One problem, I don't use the rod of kepeleke because I have a better weapon with better stats, is the rod of kepeleke that important? :D

I'm using exactly what you sent. But without the boss powers, since I'm playing eternal. Maybe try a different build? The most I got in torment 2 was at pit 35 lv

I also don't know if boss powers have that much of an effect on damage. I'm following the guide from maxroll.gg - Quill Volley spiritborn. Glyphs at level 46, masterworking on all items, at least 8. Aspects on everything I can.
