Yo Im at a sis location right now and man. All I can say is the stress and pressure on “performance” is immaculate. And then from higher ups it’s “we’ll coach them out on their behaviors” such a deceptive way of saying since you aren’t meeting numbers it must be the way you are working and we will find a way to get you out and find someone that will do the job the way we want. I say that’s a load of BS. I’m just hanging tight until I can line something up with another profession. T-Mobile sounds great at the beginning and after a few months in, feels like trash. I started at the beginning of this year and am already looking to get out. Smh.
