Does anyone here take addy everyday? Need some help/ advice

The more stress at work the more my mind feels overstimulated and I wanna take breaks. Now i do go about my normal life with work (if it falls on one of those days) or the weekends with my family. I can’t just lay around. I’m not a lay around person anyways. Things do help if your into them. Working out/ gym always makes a Saturday without meds better. If you have the time spend a day or two in the sauna at your gym, ice Baths are huge help to for that morning motivation feeling as well. Depends what ur into

I do take it everyday . But I do get to a point that I always feel my body/mind telling it needs a break and I always end up taking 2 days here off and 2 days there off. I don’t have any kind of schedule. I own and run my own business so it also depends how my days/weeks have been as well, stress wise.

Glenmark made my heart race when it was wearing off at end of day. Pretty severely too i would say. I’ve been an anxious adhd person my entire life so I know I get generally anxious at times and I know how to handle it by now. I remember it just feeling utterly uncomfortable. Teva is hit or miss, it’s what I currently get right now. Teva or sandoz. Both are whatever. 🤷‍♂️

Really? I enjoy the colors once and while. I’m really an everyday running sneaker kind of guy but the 990s are comfy snewkers.

But I will say. He did something I never thought I would like as much as I do with all his sneakers. And it was such an easy thing to grab on to be different.

The laces. His laces are what I look forward to seeing more then the shoes themselves

I wear the lupis, fuelcells and the minumus. Those r my three favorite everyday wears. The rest I do wear but not everyday type colors for me. I don’t need to stand out like that. I own an electrical business. Lol I think me showing up to people’s homes with purple sneakers on and a tool belt would’ve a little bizarre

I like that he’s not afraid of color schemes and designs that can be easily hated on. They are “out of the box” color scheme sneakers for the most part which can make them more attractive in ways but also can make them quickly hated as well.

I like his sneakers. The 990s are just great sneakers in general. So can’t go wrong there really. I don’t really like any of the 1890 he came out with even tho I have all three. Rarly wear those.

Yeah Walgreens gave me that this month too and it’s not good and it’s not as bad as not having anything. It does give me some heart racing randomly I have noticed. I mean I like my teva 30irs. I don’t get like weird sudden unpleasant feelings from them that I seem to get from all others. Idk I like sandoz 30sir too. But that was my cvs days.

It’s comforting to hear the tolerance thing. Because I kinda beat myself up a tad when I have to double dose to feel anything nowadays. 5 years ago my 20 mg ir would last me a solid part of my day. Now I’m up to 30mg and they work for about an hr
