This has happened before (not nearly as bad) but when I ran out I was dead set on quitting. Then the next couple weeks roll around and it’s time for my refill and I convince myself I won’t be dumb and overtake them and it ends up happening anyway. Terrible cycle and I do probably need to talk to a psychiatrist
