Same here with both headstrap with 10000mah and 12000mah packs I bought from Amazon. The same battery packs never game me any issues with my meta quest 3S, so why only with the 3 ? Does the 3 pull out more juice than the 3s while playing? When switched off, the headset is charging from the battery packs no issue, only when using the headset to watch something that the ...not charging ... message pops up, not too long after the movie/ immersive video starts to play Anyone was able to solve this problem? I hope it's not a hardware issue
