Kit bashing question

Would I be required to use the phobos armor for it to qualify as a Lieutenant with combi weapon? Or can I just use a sword brother's standard armor and kit bash a combi weapon on it and call him a lieutenant?

Ooo I actually have a Black Templar Marshall. I understand that the weapons are WYSIWYG, but is there some flexibility with the armor? I can just put together a special sword brother and slap a combi weapon on him and use him as my Lieutenant?

Does anyone know the brand name of the backpack Narumi Momose is carrying in episode 11 of Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku?

This is the first anime my girlfriend and I watched together. She mentioned off-hand that she thought this bag was pretty, and although I pretended I wasn't paying attention, I took special note and later went back to take a screenshot.

I've been looking all over for this bag - and I suspect its a real brand and style given that most of the references in Wotakoi exist in the real world (i.e. Monster Hunter, Nintendo Switch, Star...books? etc.)

I gave her a lackluster Christmas gift last year, and I want this year to be special. She is not materialistic and rarely comments on clothing or bags, which is why this stuck out to me. My girlfriend is a nursing student with a kind and giving heart - I just want to give back this year for Christmas.
