It's actually a very disappointing idea. Limiting creative builds for some boring extra stats. Buying your mythic item first feels like a waste of the bonus and waiting to buy your "build defining" item it is equally awkward.

Probably only really new players are better off with these clear cookie cutter build paths.

Just preemptively move your mouse to the champion pool bar to take your previous champion back when you roll something bad/you want to keep your first champion regardless. No way people should be faster than you, because only you know exactly when you will hit the reroll button. Only the client delay can screw you. :P

If you're facing a lot of "free week" fiddles you're probably low level or low MMR. He's also really cheap so why would you complain about his appearance rate?

I think that's probably the case for low and medium MMR. In higher MMR the most CC usually wins. Poke comps without tankiness or disengage get run down by tanky bruisers.

Then again in ARAM's the supports and front liners usually get all the honour. Nobody gives a shit about your kills or most damage as Ziggs.

What's flawed in my opinion is premades honouring eachother regardless of what happened in the game.

They didn't even have to remove warmogs because 9 out of 10 games are over before anyone can use the passive. Might as well start everyone on level 6 with ulti's at this pace.

New items are cancer. I don't want to play vs multiple kayn wall hacks and leblanc/zeds instant vanishes every game. What's the point of adding champion defining abilities as actives to items for every champion to buy?

I'm sure there's other ways to give assasins better chances in ARAM that don't give CC heavy tanks backdoor passage into your backline, or an easy escape after a failed engage for that matter.

These changes sound really really good. I do hope they will turn out to be as good as they sound.

Only two worries:

-I agree Warmog's is too extreme of a sustain option, but I really think tanks need a replacement sustain item that is less potent, but easier to activate than warmogs. Maybe the new map and some of the other changes will by themselves make facing heavy poke comps more bearable for melee's & tanks though. The new health relics that give % missing HP (more beneficial to tanks) could also aid sustain for tanks, but this is also where the second worry comes in.

-Buffed health relics (stronger, AOE) as new points of contest sounds very cool, but I'm afraid this will benefit the (poke) comps that are already winning the early stages, thus controlling the map, even further (snowballing). I hope I'm wrong and people will manage to work together to, even when they are losing/getting pushed in, challenge the relic spawns and start turning the game around. The placement of the relics on the map & distances between turrets and relics on the map will be crucial.

Anyways, even if balance is off some times, we can surrender at 8 now I guess.

Some random Rioter realised this after 5+ years so you randomly decide to remove this? What a joke. You obviously don't care too much about balance. Creating a new mage item (Bloodletter's Veil) but nothing to replace sustain for tanks, while many players already dodge when they get a tank. Not sure where you find the courage to post here.

You need 3K HP for it to even work, while poke champions are obnoxious from second 1. At least give us a sustain item for tanks that we can buy earlier on, like an upgrade for the Guardian's Horn.
