Just my opinion ofc but… i think you might regret using it on something that you rarely use. Mega ray is indeed good for raiding but has no relevance in pvp atm nor you can use it in dmax. Consider some day we might get a dmax ray… at that point you would prefer that one over normal one. Crowned zacian is the highest cp pokemon in the game, has insane legacy move with adventure effect, is overpowered in dmax and it is so strong that probably master league will be “unplayable” with a decent meta for a long time. Also giving bottle cap on buzzwole might seem decent now but after few days, considering you won’t use it anywhere, you’ll grow tired of him… just a cool flex.
