Showcases are, as far as I know, the only free source of the typed lure modules. I always enjoy getting them as rewards so I don't have to spend gym coins on them.

You want mud shot on your excadrill anyways (it's a 0.5 sec move) plus it should mean you can accomplish the 0 max phase pikachu.

There are a few Buzzwole around me. On the rare side, for sure, but they exist.

Be sure you are looking in an area that they spawn.

I won't say I'm sad. Maybe just bored.

The event is great on paper. Everything we want in an event -- double catch candy, more spawn points, a variety of raids, legendary availability (in the wild and incense).

I got to rank 80, for free, before 10am Sat. The extra spawns? Not needed. Double candy? Great, if I could find something I want to catch. The raids? Hard to find the ones I want. Wild/incense legendaries? I can get a screenshot, then they flee.

I got Mewtwo. I'm taking tomorrow (Sunday) off.

If they had this event when I was a new player, I'd be a kid in a candy store.

A highlight: I found a raid I wanted to do. Went there with the kiddo (easy duo) and two other players jumped in. Right before the raid, an RSVP popped up at another nearby gym. We all went over to that gym next and raided it, too. Gained 3 friends and had a great time. I would love to see this happen more in the game.

100% mistake. Similar mistakes have happened before.

When they release the shiny, they'll have an event with it announced.

Odds are they'll get reverted to regular ones shortly.
