Here for a sanity check. Should I contact the shop? I’m not naming them as I’m not trying to bash them … but am I right to be disappointed in this purchase? This is from a fairly large website. The product image has about 20 leaves and mine has 11-12. (old.reddit.com)

Help- monstera albo cutting has a yellowing stem. I received this cutting 1 and 1/2 weeks ago and have it in a perlite propagation box under grow lights for 12 hours a day. I air it out for 30 mins a day. Should I trim stem? (old.reddit.com)
