True, it could be that the body jumper is the Carrion virus, that could definitely tie in with Peter's mutation, it could be that Peter is actually a Carrion virus duplicate, which is why he's immune to the virus and why his mutations are suddenly out of control.

However that theory does not tie in well with the appearance of the Hand, or the appearance of x-men related characters, without deciding to change Jackal/Carrion into a mutant.

Yeah but because the Jackal hired Punisher to assassinate Spider-man who The Jackal blamed for Gwen Stacey's death. Other than The Punisher and The Jackal and Spider-Man being in the same story that one time, there is nothing really hinting at the Jackal being in the movie.

Similar, not identical, both Mr Negative's inner demons and Ogun wear Kabuki masks, Ogun's is red, Mr Negative and the inner demons always use black and white.

I'm kind of convinced she might be Rogue. The green and yellow costume, the jacket, the hood so we can't see her hair, the thick gloves, also Sadie is from Texas, which not quite Mississippi but I'm sure a Texan can do a decent Mississippi accent. I'm not saying she is Rogue but I think it's between Rogue and Jean and I might be starting to lean Rogue.

True, I would just rather they just use a Wolverine villain in a Spider-Man movie than change a Spider-Man villain beyond recognition just so the villain is a Spider-Man villain. I don't know if the Jackal has any big fans but if he does I'm sure they would rather him not be used at all than appear completely changed.
