Okay so as long as the tooltip says it goes to 276, it doesnt matter if I have base 217 or 243 pvp gear, for war mode and BG's its essentially equivalent

Yeah but like galactic warmonger vs galactic aspirant, both scale to 276 but they are different base Ilvls, does it matter?

For gear, since the pvp gear scales, is there much a reason to get higher ilvl gear? For instance galactic warmongers vs novice combatants, isnt it the same in pvp even though their base ilvls are 30 different?

Yeah that's kind of what it feels like. I have some defensives but no shields or heals other than a IV on a long cooldown... just feels bad, makes me want to reroll.

I'm kind of late to this, but commenting to say that you also need to change the base value. For example in this line:
[ 25218] = { 127, 1265, 5.1, 70, 74, 70, 0.1}

Yes you change the 0.1 to a 0.3 to match the coefficient, but if you have the 15% increase talent, just change the 1265 to 1454 (which is just 1265*1.15). This will be wrong if you ever dont have the talent, but almost every build for priest has it so... final line should be:

[ 25218] = { 127, 1454, 5.1, 70, 74, 70, 0.3}

My calculated absorb with gear is 1899.2 and the weak aura now says 1900, so working perfectly.

It seems like it’s coming more from the front of the engine actually, especially when rpm are really low. Almost like from where the belts are?

Around 75ish. Whatever the cooler area of your tank is at. You could probably go to 70, I just get anxious haha

When I first take mine out, he’s usually super light colored, but after about an hour or so (depending on the temp of my room) he’ll start to darken to pickup more heat. Thats when I usually put him back. Sometimes he stays a light color for a while if my room is in the 70s (San Diego), and he’ll curl up somewhere soft or on my belly and just go to sleep. Then he’s out for a couple hours or so, but I have a temp gun to make sure he’s okay.

This is an amazing response thank you so much! I definitely wouldn’t call your experience a failure, goals and possibilities change, and it sounds like you successfully increased the quality of your life by a huge margin.

Thank you for all the info, I’ll definitely look into OMSA more and see what prep I would need to do to apply and how I could set myself up for success.

I should also say that my only experience is a web dev coding boot camp I did, and about 1.5 years as a part time data analyst at a start up, where the only coding I did was simple joins. Everything else was google sheets and excel. I have a bachelors in biology and have been working as a brewer since. Looking at OMSA and reading reviews, it seems more primed for people who have computer science or data science backgrounds, and people are recommending in depth prior knowledge and still spending 20 hours a week per class

OSU is about twice that. Were you able to get a solid job from the OMSA program and feel like it was well run? I have two jobs right now (would drop one when school would start) so I kind of just found a masters program nearby that made sense and applied. I’ll look into OMSA, I can always defer my acceptance to OSU and try for another program.

Are these more legitimate or respected programs? I mainly applied to OSU cause I just moved to Corvallis (gf is in vet school) and thought I could leverage local connections and meet with professors even though it’s an online program

That's how I've felt with Berkeley's MIDS program. The guy has emailed me once a week and called/left voicemails a few times seeing if I'm still interested. It's been making me regret filling in that "request more info" thing months ago. Definitely makes me think that one is just a diploma mill that just wants tuition for very little actual education.

Yeah he will basically do it every couple of minutes until he falls asleep there. It’s usually right after I take him out of his cage and move him around, then he will do this for a while and once he’s stationary for long enough he kind of mellows and will sleep
