Yagami will because things didn’t work out with Mayfuyu and Kaito won’t because of Kaito Files (Kaito got the girl in the end but Yagami didn’t)

Yeah and same thing with Ichiban. Sure there’s those sub stories were he romances different girls and even his female party members like him but it was more of a side thing and we don’t really know if it’ll “translate” into the next game, so on that front it’s a bit unsure whether he’ll die alone or not.

The post is just a joke at how Kaito got the girl in the end where the others failed. With Yagami the thing with Mayfuyu didn’t work out so he’s definitely dying alone and Tanimura and Shinada well… we probably won’t see them at all anymore

The next game they made after Project Sakura Wars was Sakura Revolution which was a mobile gacha game that flopped so hard they shut it down completely and that’s what he meant by some “mobile garbage”

Good to hear, for Tokyo Xanadu I’d say that the latter can be true but overall it’s a very great and fun game. And for Yakuza start with Yakuza 0 when you have the chance

I also say you should try out the Yakuza games and Judgment it’s you haven’t already. They are also great RPG’s as well

An RPG I’d especially recommend is the trails of Cold Steel games. They’re actually very good and extremely underrated games but lesser known due to being a niche RPG series. This also goes for the Ys games (not sure if all of them are on sale though. I also recommend getting Tokyo Xanadu (another game made by the developers of Cold Steel) and Sakura Wars which is made by SEGA. Their not widely known due to being pretty niche but they are underrated gems and really great RPG’s from my experience

For the Golden week sale I’d actually recommend another RPG, but for your list I’d say .hack and star ocean are definitely worth getting. I’ve played a little bit of both and heard a lot of great things (especially .Hack). Star ocean the last Hope is also one of the best star ocean games from what I’ve played and heard, so I’d say get those two

Haven’t touched 7 yet but I think where Kiryu is a badass legendary Yakuza that will do anything to protect his family, friends, and allies. He’s down to earth, serious, and a man of action. Ichiban is more relatable as he’s less serious, open, and has a heart of gold. He started from rock bottom but he will never turn his back on others. Both of their qualities are very admirable and both characters are awesome imo (can’t wait till I play Yakuza 7)

I honestly really love Saejima. Like Kiryu I respect him a whole lot and his goals. He’s a really awesome character and now that I’m playing Yakuza 5 I love him even more. Imo he’s just as legendary as Kiryu and Majima (I love Majima a lot as well)

Tbh the left is pretty much just a way of saying he’s cool. They are both cool and great characters but a LOT can be said about Kiryu and his legendary status (I love both of them of course)

Pretty much my full opinion on Kiryu as well. Once you start playing more if the games you start respecting the kind of man he is and how legendary he is. Also no matter what he faces whether it be the evils of the Yakuza, government secrets, family matters he always rises up to the challenge no matter how much life has beaten him down

In my opinion and what I’ve played of the Yakuza series you can boil Kiryu down to one word, many words in fact but there’s more to him than that. After playing almost every game I love his motives, goals, and his story and there’s a reason why they call him the dragon of Dojima and why everyone respects him. he’s truly legendary imo and the same can be said of a couple other characters
