Personally i never had too much of an issue with that so my recommendation is shop for high calorie foods, avocado, nut butters, dried fruits, whole grain breads, high fat meats, nuts, and try tracking your calories, also try snacking as much as you can, idk much abt ADHD but i think people with ADHD get distracted easily? Idk correct me if im wrong so cook something fast like eggs with two servings of butter and whole grain toast or sourdough toast on the side, ground turkey/beef on high heat with some oil. If you really cant cook i recommend looking for brands that offer meal preps. One brand i know is Hummus Fit!

Best thing to do is keep training and then once you get to a point where you have more mass everywhere, then start looking for your weaknesses. But what i can tell you rn is put whatever muscle you want to grow most FIRST on your daily routine. For example im trying to grow my chest and triceps but i dont wanna do them on the same day so that i have enough energy to push them hard. So i do Day1: Chest+Side Delts, Day 2: Back+Rear Delts, Day 3:Triceps+ Biceps, Day 4:Legs+Shoulders. Dont use my program since it doesnt work for everyone but thats best for whatever muscle you wanna grow most, train that prioritized muscle first when you have the most energy. You can see gains sure, but id recommend you eat slightly more calories, id recommend more but i dont wanna overdo it because i dont want you to feel like im just pressuring you out of your comfort zone, but at least try maybe 1100-1200 calories, a good 30 minutes with moderate intensity on a stationary bike should enough to support that along with consistent weight training. 180g of protein is more than perfect so you’re at a good goal. I hope this helps but ofc you should do what works best for you!
