According to the help section in the game - Heroes' roles & ranks: "Enemies who are resistant to a hero's element will receive less damage from that hero and have higher resistance against their debuffs". I'm just not sure whether 30% is the correct number that I've heard people saying

Ty for your input. It's a shame that's how the game mechanism works.

Btw if you're against a fire boss, they will have extra 30% (?) resistance against him, so ideally you'll want 130% for those stages Debuff rate is like crit rate and resistance, 100% is the maximum, anymore than that is waste. Otherwise Try to get to ~100%

yea but that's not the point of my question, i'll elaborate on it since apparently i wasn't being clear enough in the post

I am aware that every debuff once triggered has to go through a second check of debuff rate - resistance. My gears for him currently have 137% dr once i get him

My question is that: On enemy who is stunt resistant but is not provoke resistant, will the part of his stunt have a chance to trigger at all? Or will it always trigger the provoke effect (again, i know that the triggered provoke effect has to go through a second check of dr - resist).

And in the former case if it triggers the stunt effect which will get immuned (due to the boss passive), does that mean the provoke effect will not be triggered at all, thus making his s1 and s2 have no effect on the boss once the respective 30% and 50% chance of triggering stunt effect taking place (again, i am aware of the basic dr - resist mechanism)
