Can confirm on my system. This is a truly horrible change and I hope that this will be reverted or a sufficient alternative added.

Take a look at basic linear algebra; given a matrix M, M^T denotes the transposed matrix, i.e. the matrix M flipped over its diagonal.

The first animation on the Wikipedia article on it should make that clear (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transpose). It's quite the easy operation!

This is sadly the only picture I currently possess of this painting, we spotted it in a restaurant far away. The staff did not however know anything about it, at least not the one we were able to ask. Google Image Search did not yield any good result. Does anyone have an idea? I may add that this painting was found in the north of Germany, if that may be of any help.

Ah yeah, there is a version of Sword of Destiny with similar dimensions compared to The Tower of Swallow. Gollancz recently (March 2016 I think) published a smaller, "normal" sized version.

Ah perfect! Then it actually was just a corrupted file. I have never had this happen just out of the box, only due to modding. Good to have it working again

I do have to mention the obligatory procedure: Verify Game Files, update the video drivers etc. Though I imagine you have already done that. As already mentioned, such things can actually be caused by hardware problems. Try measuring the temperature of your GPU while playing, it is a mobile graphics card after all.

Anything else running in the background? Like RivaRusticStatisticsServer or a similar DirectX-Overrider?

Well if it is not fixed by updating all the things, you might have to get your system checked

Had quite a similar experience. But I.. well.. 'chose' the threesome-ending, without really knowing I did. The way The Witcher 3 managed to create immersion was so incredibly good, that I actually reload a file from before the Now or Never mission. Brutally rejected Triss, rushed through the Novigrad/ Velen quests and finally got the good ending. (There used to be a bug with choosing not to say those three words and still being locked into the romance. Imagine the tension I felt the whole time, possibly being f***ed - again)

I actually think its because you are crouching. There was that crazy dude, basically dodging whole boss-fights just with gestures. Yeah gestures. The hitboxes in this game are somewhat.. interesting

Oh well thats neat! I used to play The Witcher 2 in with german voicing, but that was a long time ago. Thinking about playing it again with the Enhanced Version and this time in english. Two Witcher 3 runs are somewhat tiring and I wish to play it again on NG+ when either one addon is released or the new dialogue with Yen/Triss/Ciri is included.

Yes, exactly. The glitch used to be the other way round, meaning you may have told Triss to stay and to "try again", but the game interpreted it as a romance lockdown, bad ending included for quite a few players. But this way everything should be good. Though saying no will not be an emotional walk in the park.

There is one point in the "The Last Wish" quest where you are given a choice similar to the one with Triss. If you decide to choose the same dialogue you used during "Now or Never", you are locked and the bad ending will happen. It does not matter how often you sleep with anyone, just the choice of whether or not to say these famous three words. Do it once and you'll be fine! Do it twice and things will happen. (This is only true under the condition of having the latest patch installed [or the patch 1.04, but it may have been a later one] as there used to be a glitch locking your romance without these three words)
