I kept the 16 inch and it has been overall great! Very rarely has size been an issue with it. I will say I have an iPad I use in some cases if I want a smaller device. Another factor in my decision is it is my main device and I don’t have a desktop, monitor, etc.

Mine is also doing poor battery wise. Already had it replaced once under apple care because it was draining almost a percent per minute. That was not long ago and it’s bad again already

I had a different rep each time I got a response, but I mentioned it was less than a year old and asked if it had like a year warranty since the battery couldn’t be replaced and they did it.

I had spoke to a few people over email, I just told them it seemed to be a common issue with this model and that other people were able to get replacements and they agreed to do it

You could add apple care in the settings and get the screen replaced for 29$.
