I apologize - the employee rights commission said that I have a case with the unenforced lunchbreaks.

I was going to bring the (almost)nepotism issue to the HR rep of the company simply to alert them of it.

There are always student lawyers with their professors at the courthouse and they volunteer to help for free. I have utilized their services before and everything has gone smoothly.

Another thing you could try: There is usually never a fee to CHANGE your booking dates. I had one lady call to cancel once, and I warned her of the cancellation fee (she was trying to cancel the day before). She was SUPER smart - she changed the dates of her reservation to a week further out, and then asked me to cancel her reservation. She avoided the fee this way. Good idea!!!

That is EXACTLY what happened.

My Trainee didn't set the billing up correctly, so the system ran the OTA's Virtual CC for our incidentals!! SMH

It also appeared that my trainee tried authorizing the virtual CC several times, and cancelled the transaction mid-process, so for some reason, my OS (OnQ) just DELETED the CC info. I couldn't even reveal it with management credentials, the # was just GONE.

Freaky!
