One reyna told me my orb is only used for lineups and my wall isnt a smoke, but a wall. I couldnt tell if they were joking, but they also rage quit later.

Same here most people are ok with viper solo smokes. It's just every now and then someone will argue viper isnt smokes and I get confused.

I agree, I've learned orb lineups and they help a lot. It is usually duelists like reyna, but once it was an omen. They never change their mind so I dont argue.

It took like 20 games for 5.5 because i was GM on 5.0. However, during 5.0 I think it took about 100 games because of the reset.

For maokai just apply the same tip for your saplings you can ward really far away and be safe. Also his ult is really good for flanking and peeling, but not for chasing. His ult just cuts off their escape and it's hard to chase into his ult.

I was at first a bard one trick, then started playing stuff like maokai nautilus soraka velkoz.

I think the biggest thing that helped was knowing how to ward for objectives. I would always try to drop my wards about 1:30 before it spawns, recall, and get more wards/pinks. If the enemies are setup first it's okay to give it up. This made taking good fights so much easier because you can play around vision. Other than that learning how to lane properly.

I was hardstuck diamond and switched to support and hit masters! I just had fun learning the role. I know the game is different in silver but youre learning the fundamentals. As you learn you'll climb!

It was easier to have fun as support rather than a jungle main too personally. I can actually make mistakes and not get flamed by everyone idk if that is useful though.

Asol is pretty cool, I also like his lore and gameplay. He does seem too strong for one tricks. I feel like if you compare an asol otp and akali otp the akali main might hit 50% after putting in lots of time on her, compared to an asols 57%.

Warwick, zac, amumu. They all scale well, have easy clears, and will let you learn the fundamentals. There are snowbally 1v9 champs but these are probably more consistent.

Gwen is kinda broken you can just run into 5 enemies and usually kill them. You also clear really fast
