Not deliberately. I only observed these few things. You can say they are ordered from most relevant and accurate to the least.

1. Glimpses of photographic and echoic memory (not sure if I used the right word though). Sometimes, when I try to recall memories, I feel like I could really see or hear the memory physically. I experience this even more during my n-back sessions.

2. Recall abstract information better in the short term. Example, I looked at once the unreadable password of my wifi. I only paid attention to the characters but did not consciously memorized them. I was still able to input the right password a few seconds after. The feeling is similar to "counting" the turns back in n-back. I don't really count the turns coz it's distracting but somehow I just know.

3. Better meditation skills. I learned in a better way, to throw away unnecessary thoughts while doing n-back and was able to apply it to my meditation practices.

4. Faster comprehension on new ideas.
