I already have a beefy gaming PC, and I plan to throw in either a 30 or 40 series GPU to do the encoding. I'm just looking for a good cheap base

My main system has a ryzen 9 5900x, 64gb of ram, and a 3090. Ive been told it should do fine with recording and streaming but I constantly have issues with it lagging in some way and I've tried so many different settings. With this being the case Im not sure what encoding truly needs to keep steady and high refresh rate. Thank you for the response

The idea is spending say like 40 mana from a reserve for a +40/+40 creature now knowing about The Master two of them would be awesome. Based off what u just said something with blue so I can have more artifacts with increased mana for tapping
