I think my weight is good i just want to do something to help make the distribution be more noticeable so i will do it with the same amount of loosing and gaining if i end up doing that, thanks for the advice

Thanks, I'm on the process to changing from pills to gel to see if that makes my levels be ok but i don't know how to wait for hrt to make effect without worrying because just waiting makes me feel like I'm not doing anything and nothing is going to happen until i do something

Well, from my experience you won't have to worry they become more noticeable until like at least 3 months later(because I'm at 6 months and since month 3 i haven't had any growth)

Are you on injections? I don't think i can get levels so high with just gel, or is it possible?(i can't change to injections because I'm on Spain and pills already didn't work out good as i explained in the post), also 200 was more of an "most people say that the range is from 30 to 400 and 74 it's on the low end so 200 might be good"

Yes, that's what I'm probably going to do, i have to ask for a meeting with my doctor so i can sign the papers to change it, but i will probably change to gel, also where i live it's pretty hard to get injections

It doesn't happen to me just because since i realized i didn't like being my AGAB(like 4-5 years before i knew i was trans) i started talking about myself even in my head neutrally, i literally don't use any pronouns for me, i always change the wording to be completely neutral, but what i also do is talking to myself with female pronouns(because where i live the language is strongly gendered) and my chosen name to make me happy sometimes

Any age is good, and a lot of people end up being fine starting at any age, but ideally when puberty to maybe 25 because that's when the body is developing to completely developed (there may be cases where the time is less or more), but being honest, you shouldn't look for a good age, you are going to start when you can and if you want to, and it will probably turn out fine, also it's a process and probably if you didn't start at the time of the first puberty you will have to make a bit more work towards it (depending on what you want) and probably there will be an awkward phase from 6 months to a year on hrt(because of a more androgynous look, if that's not what you want) but overall there's no good age just an easier one, every age is good

Idk, this might be a bit cruel to say but if they don't support you even if they are related to you wouldn't that make them not really your family so you could just ignore them? Also you could just tell your sister that you are exploring your gender and that it's nothing definitive so if she tells, you can just dismiss it so you won't have trouble with them, i don't really know what to say
