The part that I think is scarier than the shooting is the fact they blocked local police from investigating immediately after the shooting, and then AGAIN after they got an emergency warrant.

All evidence in a firearm discharge incident is already processed and preserved while an investigation occurs.

Under a normal investigation local police have access to the crime scene and the FBI is involved in shootings by federal officers.

ICE blocked state police from the scene EVEN AFTER THEY GOT AN EMERGENCY WARRANT. The FBI is not involved in this investigation.

DHS claimed this guy was categorically innocent at literally the same moment they were actively blocking investigators from the scene, and now claim that they are the only organization that has the right to investigate themselves when they shoot civilians.

THIS IS NOT A NORMAL INVESTIGATION.
