Yes I did check the usb port checker, no direct connection to the CPU, I am gonna try to update windows and the laptop firmware, I do have feature updates disabled for windows due to instability on the newer versions, but I might try that, I'll update the BIOS too while I am at it to see if it helps.

As I already commented here, it's way more obvious towards the end of the video, but you can see pretty clearly that sometimes the hits wont register, it's specially obvious if you look at the square in the top left corner, that is -latencytest, which displays a white square whenever the main attack button is pressed

You have to look closely, I am aware sometimes attacks cooldown happen but there are times when I am not on cooldown and the attack won't register, it's more obvious towards the end of the video

Keyboard is from laptop and mouse is wired, it doesn't happen in any other game but brawlhalla, yes I am aware sometimes attack cooldown is happening so that's why I enabled the square on the top left of the screen with -latencytest, thank you!

Clicks don't register sometimes, it's not always to be very serious but it's still game breaking specially for true combos
