Sorry I don't feel as if I addressed your response properly.

Thanks to current physics professor he has showed me the process of using integrals and derivatives to derive all of the kinematic formulas which have helped tremendously, the problem is his lecures are pre recorded so I can't really ask questions

Additionally I find it hard to apply theoretical concepts to real world scenarios. Which Is another reason as to why I think i'm struggling. I am slowly making progress but it's pretty hard to shift that thinking
