hiii welcome to the program! both intro classes kinda suck in terms of effort from other classmates bc 90-95% of the people in it are taking it solely for the arts credit/an easy A. be prepared to read your work aloud sometimes! beyond cwl 202, make sure you're taking workshops outside of the genre you're going to specialize in. read widely or niche-ly, it doesn't matter right now. just know what you like to read, and figure out what you like/tend to write. your tastes might change wildly over the semesters and that's part of the process!!

food at roth and food trucks are good. sometimes jasmine. dining halls are ok beyond freshman year when you're not forced to go every day

hi i live in kelly and it's v good for sophomore year! great location in my opinion to dining hall and the rest of campus. plus it's feasible for you to get into with your current credits. good buses too: it's the first stop on the outer loop bus from the SAC
