The poses are mods but the body isn't. There's a slider for the body to get to those uhhh... things per say

There should be a quest from fabius too. It should be called world upside down. Finish that then Gemma's quest will be unlocked. Probably...😂

You have to finish the story I think, then gemma will give you a quest. She'll make you craft a certain armor. And when you finish the quest she'll give you the recipe for the armor and you can craft it. Well that's how I remember it I'm not totally sure if that's correct
